The Shipping and Port Services Division is managed by Golden Shipping Limited (and its subsidiary, Niugini Port Services Ltd) since 2001. The company is based at Motukea, Port Moresby.
The company owns and manages a fleet of landing crafts, tugs & barges, tankers etc. within the group, serving various types of projects and industries in PNG, from inland waterways, coastal shipping to offshore maritime industry. In addition, the company is also involved in ship chartering, marine logistics & supplies, port facilities, and stevedoring services.
Among others, the company has participated in various types of projects & industries, which include Building and Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy & Resources, Commodity and Minerals, General Cargoes, Containers, Tankers, as well as Bulk Shipping and Supply Chain.
Moving forward, the company will embark on its business expansion plan through strategic business partnership, and joint ventures with various industry partners and organisations.
